Once you’ve chosen your desired condo, here’s the straightforward process:
This secures the property for you and we will take it off the market and instruct our lawyers to prepare the Easy Payment Plan contract.
Contract is reviewed and signed when each party is satisfied.
The down payment is made and you receive the keys. The condo is noiw yours to move into or rent out as you please.
Monthly payments are made over the agreed time-frame.
At the end of the contrcat you will have purchased your condo in full. You will receive the Chanote and teh proeprty will be transferred to you.

The Chanote is the official title deed. One copy stays with the District Land Office for registration, and you receive the other copy as the new owner. If utilizing the Easy Payment Plan, the Chanote remains secured until all payments are complete, at which point it’s transferred to you.
